We had an amazing time on our group trip! The location was spot on for hitting up Encanto Park with its cool amusement park vibe and heading out to explore the buzzing nightlife just outside the doors. The convenience of the valet was a nice touch, even if it’s a bit pricey at $40. Don't miss the rotating restaurant. just book in advance to avoid long waits!
We had some trouble with the escalator being out of service, which made accessing our room a bit of a hassle since we had to use the service elevator. It would have been a smoother experience without that glitch.

Comfortable room, friendly service, with great attention to cleanliness and safety protocols. I appreciated having free wi-fi to stay connected and the refreshing pool area was a lovely way to unwind after a day exploring the nearby attractions, just a short 5-minute walk from the light rail station.
Nothing disappointing to report.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
I recently stayed here with my family and found the location to be perfect, being so close to local attractions. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and offered a nice balance of comfort and accessibility features, which made our stay enjoyable. The rooftop pool provided a great place to relax after exploring the area, and the valet service was efficient despite its cost. However, the food options in the restaurant could be improved.

The Hyatt Regency offers a central downtown location ideal for attending conferences at the convention center. The variety of nearby restaurants made dining convenient. Additionally, the hotel features a coffee shop and a restaurant on-site, providing easy access to meals and refreshments.
The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, and the pool area felt overcrowded.
